Risk-Free Trial Period: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to try out our grounding sheets. 

We believe in the long-term benefits of grounding and want you to experience the full potential of our products. While some customers notice immediate effects, others may require more time for their bodies to adjust and reap the full benefits. To ensure you get the most out of your purchase, we kindly request that you use the product consistently for at least 60 days before considering a return. This 60-day period allows:

  1. Your body to fully acclimate to the grounding effects
  2. Potential gradual improvements in sleep, energy, and overall well-being to manifest
  3. A fair assessment of the product's impact on your daily life

We're confident that with consistent use, you'll experience the positive effects of grounding. However, if after trying our product for 60 days you are not completely satisfied, our return policy remains in effect, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Full Refund or Exchange: If you decide that our product is not right for you, simply return it to us, and we will provide a full refund or exchange (minus original shipping fee).

Easy Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our support team at contact@premiumgrounding.au.

Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Pack it securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Ship It Back: We will provide you with the details to ship your product back to us. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund procedure. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the duration for the refund to reflect in your account may vary, depending on your bank's processing timeframe. Restocking fees may be deducted if applicable.

Exclusions: 
Does not apply to bulk or wholesale purchases. Bulk purchases are defined as any single order containing 8 or more items or a total order value exceeding AUD $1,000 (before discounts). These orders are considered high-volume and fall outside the scope of our trial policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, the 90-day return policy does not apply to Pet Mats, Pillowcases or Sleep masks. Grounding tester products are also excluded. 

Shipping Protection and Extended Warranties (if purchased separately) are not eligible for refund.

Free Gift with Purchase:

From time to time, we may offer free gifts with eligible purchases. Please note:

  • Free gifts are not covered under our 90-day return policy and cannot be returned individually.
  • If you return an item from an order that included a free gift, the free gift must also be returned unused and unopened.
  • If the free gift has been used or is not returned, the recommended retail value (RRP) of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
