Grounding sheets are specially designed bedsheets with conductive materials woven into the fabric, such as stainless steel or silver threads. When connected to a grounded outlet or an earthing rod, they allow the body to absorb electrons from the earth, providing the same benefits as walking barefoot on natural ground.
Step 1: Connect the Grounding Sheet to the metal stud at the end of the white cord
Step 2: Place your grounding sheet on your mattress beneath your fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive
Step 3: Connect the plug (at the other end of the white cord) to your wall outlet. It doesn’t matter if the electricity switch is on or off, the earth cable will still be conducting the earthing effects.
