Just adding to the review my daughter has left. She kindly purchased us a sheet after seeing a turn around in her own pain levels and finally sleeping after two years of little sleep due to her Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome bought on by being injured at work. She hoped it might help her father after he suffered a massive stroke last year leading to a lot of nerve pain and discomfort on his affected side. She mentions this in her review. For me personally what I immediately noticed and didn’t understand why until I watched the earthing movie was my brain was quieter and even though I woke the same amount at night I went straight back to sleep instead of tossing and turning. I believe after my husbands stroke which we didn’t know if he was going to live and lead to a long hospital stay followed by many appointments and rehab, which months of chronic stress took its toll. After about 3 weeks I noticed the swelling of my knee was all but gone, some pain remains but I’m hopeful that will improve. I also have ankles again and I’m not hobbling when I get up in the morning. I truly look forward to climbing into bed and enjoy the peace the sheet has provided.

Made of soft material, the mat is a good size. In a week, I am sleeping more deeply and uninterupted.

WOW, just WOW. Great product and the sheet doesnt move which is great. I am sleeping like a baby after years of pain in my legs, back and feet.

Buying one for my son as he needs shoulder reconstruction later this year. Also th either son does a physical job and will benefit from it. Then the dog who getting old…. The list is endless

I was injured 2 years ago at work, developing CRPS which nothing short of stopped life in its tracks, I couldn’t sleep more than 2 hours due to the pain, I couldn’t function during the day trying to raise a family, the pain I describe as my limb being in a bucket of boiling water whilst being run over by a truck.

I lost all use of the limb I couldn’t move it, or use it most days, the pain so bad I would be sobbing, begging my husband to just cut it off. No treatment worked for the pain. At 36 life was over.

several months ago I purchased the grounding sheet, I researched for so long, looking at materials, could you use it under your normal sheet, warranties, textures everything and settled here. It then stayed in the box for several weeks until I could get some help putting it on.

i slept 6 hours and only woke up once. A fluke for sure?

since then I have slept 6-8 hours every day waking 0-1 time a night for the loo only, that in itself is amazing.

I have also regained full use of my limb and have had 0, literally 0 pain since about 1-2 weeks of using the sheet. So much so I purchased my parents one as my dad had had a stroke and suffered horrific nerve pain.

He is off ALL pain medication and has regained some use of his limbs, he is not suffering any pain and it has also changed his life.

As a result my parents have purchased one for my brother who has several disabilities, his sleep has already improved after just a few days.

My aunt and a great aunt now also have one to try assist with their debilitating pain, I truely hope it helps them.

Thank you for giving me life back. For reducing the pain and for bringing such an amazing product with the possibility to turn peoples lives around to the market.

Highly recommend as my sleep has been absolutely amazing. I purchased for inflammation and sleep and while I can’t say much about inflammation (because I haven’t taken much notice… sleeping so well), I can confirm that the pain in my feet when I’d first get up each morning, no longer exists.
I cautiously purchased, with the hope that I’d feel just a fraction of how good I feel when out in nature.
Nit entirely sure what i expected but can say without doubt, that the difference between me before and after the product is huge. I fall asleep with ease… no more tossing and turning until sill hours of the morning. Typically not a morning person, I am no longer struggling to get up and going.
Super happy and have highly recommend to family and friends…. Now strangers as well.

It made a difference to our sleep from the 1st night and I rarely wake up in pain anymore, it is incomparable. I have had issues with inflammation forever and now things are improving and I have been able to have better balance with my weight and my overall health is better.
There are no straps to keep it fixed on the bed but that hasn't been an issue, we also love that it goes under our sheet. Very grateful and highly recommended.

I have wanted a Grounding sheet for years and I have really done my homework. I have thoroughly looked at all the ones available and I went with Premium Grounding due to the quality of the sheet itself being 100% thick cotton. I could never afford one in the past as we always had something else to put the money towards. This year I asked family for money for my birthday instead of gifts so I could buy one to fit our king size bed. I ordered and it arrived 3 days later. The first 2 nights I noticed light tingling in my legs, not painful at all but I was aware of it. My husband did not experience this but I most definitely did. We have both experienced an improvement in both our sleep quality and how we feel through the day. I genuinely have felt so much better, I have less lower back and knee stiffness, I am tossing and turning so much less and I am truely in a better frame of mind, I feel a bit happier and it's only been 1 week !
I'm not one to write reviews but I'm doing this one as I felt I needed to genuinely share my positive experience. Being totally honest, I brought this grounding sheet a little sceptical, safe to say I am definitely not a sceptic anymore.

Really happy with our grounding sheet! Great quality, really well priced with their winter sale which finally helped us get a grounding sheet!! We had fun testing it with our multimeter and both my husband and I have been feeling the positive effects in our bodies with less muscle soreness every day! Love it!

Since purchasing the grounding sheet I have noticed that I am now falling asleep within a 1/2hour to an hour, which has been awesome.
I have fibromyalgia I've had it since my early 20's and I've been living like a walking zombie with only a few hours of sleep anight for many years. This grounding sheet has definitely helped alot.
I can't say if it's worked for any of my pain as of yet because I've only had the grounding sheet for about 3 to 4 weeks so it could be a bit early yet to say as everyone is different and will experience there benefits at different times and I've also been unwell at the moment. But while I think about it i can say that I have noticed my constant back pain hasn't been as pain fall lately so yeah maybe the grounding sheet is starting to work on my pain after all. Well it's still early days maybe I can do another review in a few months.
But so far it's been good.

I've tried various products and spent so much money for my dog's anxiety, but this grounding mat has been the most effective. He's noticeably calmer and more relaxed. The quality is excellent, and it's easy to maintain

I noticed a big improvement in my back ache getting up in the morning.
I had been in alot of pain getting up so much so I was worried I would not be able to get to the toilet in time.
Now I am able to get up with only a slight stiffness. So much easier.
