I did some research and decided to try the grounding underlay to go under the sheets and was not expecting quick results like I have got. Im a pretty healthy person but circulation has been a problem but now it's improved dramatically and the only different thing I have done is used the grounding underlay! My sleep is really good with little to no tossing and turning. Its been great to have something so natural and simple to make the change.

Just adding to the review my daughter has left. She kindly purchased us a sheet after seeing a turn around in her own pain levels and finally sleeping after two years of little sleep due to her Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome bought on by being injured at work. She hoped it might help her father after he suffered a massive stroke last year leading to a lot of nerve pain and discomfort on his affected side. She mentions this in her review. For me personally what I immediately noticed and didn’t understand why until I watched the earthing movie was my brain was quieter and even though I woke the same amount at night I went straight back to sleep instead of tossing and turning. I believe after my husbands stroke which we didn’t know if he was going to live and lead to a long hospital stay followed by many appointments and rehab, which months of chronic stress took its toll. After about 3 weeks I noticed the swelling of my knee was all but gone, some pain remains but I’m hopeful that will improve. I also have ankles again and I’m not hobbling when I get up in the morning. I truly look forward to climbing into bed and enjoy the peace the sheet has provided.
