My hip and shoulder have been hurting for a long time, I tried physical therapy, pain meds, exercise and nothing worked until I slept on the grounding sheet! The pain isn’t completely gone, but it is way better!! That being said, I have only slept on it for a week!!! I’m looking forward to seeing even more improvement the longer I sleep on it!!!
Honest review, nothing to gain. Couldn’t say enough great things about our grounding sheet. I had to take some sort of sleeping medicine every night. That is done. My wife and I sleep like bricks and you almost have to pry us out of bed in the morning. If recommended it to two friends and they are in transit. We hate not being in our bed on vacation because we miss our sheet. Highly recommended!
A friend recommended that I get a grounding sheet to help with sleep. I was skeptical at first, but I found I found I had immediate results. From the first night I had this on my bed, I fell asleep quicker and stayed asleep. After having my grounding sheet a couple of months now, I've found that I'm not waking up with the aches and pains that I used to get. I now recommend it to all my friends and work colleagues.
I popped the under sheet on to try and my 11 year old decided he would give it ago in the middle of the day and was asleep in 15mins. I am sleeping with way less disturbances and if I have a pain somewhere I flip over so that side is against the sheet and get relief.
My husband experienced worse sleep the first few days and then first sleep improved and inflammation is reducing slowly.
I now have 2 Grounding sheets.
And I can say I have had the most relaxing sleep 😴

In an effort to rid our bodies of toxic EMFs I decided to purchase the whole bed sheet, and what a huge difference. I didn't tell my husband I'd put it on the bed and about a week in, he commented to me that he's been sleeping really deeply. I noticed the same deep, uninterrupted sleep. I thought it might just be a fluke, but all my nights have been filled with great sleep. I just love this sheet!
The benefits have been slow but now I am realising I no longer have the painful inflammation in my upper back , hips front of my arms and calves so quite a lot of benefits. Love how I can put my sheet over the top
Within a week of putting the grounding mat on our bed, my husband I a both noticed a more solid, sound sleep. I went from having broken sleep, waking every few hours to having a solid 5 hours sleep. I can’t remember when this last happened! My husband’s joints (knees, hips and back) don’t ache like they used to either.
My legs have been heavy for the last year and using the mat for 1 day only I felt the relief and lightness lift. I thought it was due to a fall I had and arthritis had set in. The next day I went to our GP and he mentioned I have CML.(chronic Myoloid Leukemia) markers.
Heavy legs are a symptom of the illness. Such relief to not have to pull myself up from chairs anymore. So I ordered the under sheet and that has taken away a lot of tossing and turning.

I am a senior who struggled with sleeping soundly through the night. I’d wake up several times to use the washroom and then had difficulty going back to sleep. Well, it’s been a month now since I got my grounding bedsheet and I am pleased to say that I’ve been sleeping more deeply since and have no difficulty going back to sleep after washroom visits. Now I wait patiently for the inflammation to improve.
Really wonderful products. I purchased bed underlayment sheets and a pillowcase, and they seem very well made. Continuity test passed with flying colors on the sheets and pillowcase. There was a problem getting my shipment moving at the post office and James handled it as soon as I let him know - Great customer service!
When I received my order, I thought there was a problem with the cords, but I was wrong. The cords did not pass the continuity test with my dedicated continuity tester, but it turns out that is a good thing! The Premium Grounding website explains that the cords are built with a safety resistor, and I did not realize that this safety feature would stop the cords from testing positive for continuity with a dedicated continuity tester! If you want to verify that the cords you receive are good, there are two ways you can do this: 1) Use a multimeter to test your (AC) body voltage when grounded through the cord and when ungrounded. You can watch your voltage drop when grounded and rise when ungrounded. 2) Use a multimeter to test resistance through the cord. You should get a reading near 100 thousand ohms, because these cords are equipped with a resistor to protect you from any errant voltage coming back through the ground and (potentially) harming you! This is proof that there actually is continuity for grounding, and that the safety resistor is working! If there were no continuity, you would not get a resistance reading. (Electricians, please stop laughing at me - I learned something today!🤣)

I was sceptical but my arthritis hip that has been bothering me for a few years has abated, I have had true relief from this pain, I noticed that I was not feeling it anymore after the first two weeks, I also feel stronger when I walk now.
I bought two sets for Christmas presents, and both recipients had no Idea what they just received. My one friend suffered from traumatic Migraines, so she was down to try anything. The first night, she said she slept like a log, but wasn't sure if it was just a coincidence. But so did her husband. But after a few nights, she was pretty sure something was happening. On the third night, her dog snuck in the room and jumped up on the bed and went unnoticed until it was their bedtime. They said she was out like a light and refused to get off the bed when they tried to move her. She now sleeps with them every night. That totally convinced them it was real, and the Migraines have lessened dramatically .
The second set i gave to my GF. She used to wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for like 2 hours before falling back to sleep. She now sleeps thru the night. It's time to get one for myself now.
I purchased the grounding sheet and foot mat. I have been using for 4-5 weeks now I have noticed it has worked quicker for my husband he isn’t as restless and seems to be sleeping sounder.
It has taken a little longer for me. I am noticing after about 4 weeks that I am falling asleep quicker now and my restless legs have reduced significantly. My mornings are also starting to feel better with waking less lethargic. My inflammation and blood circulation is starting to show signs of improvement.
I’m seeing some other small changes in some of my other health issues.
I need to still fully utilise the grounding foot mat. But with the changes I’m starting to see I’m very happy I made my purchase..

Wow! I cannot begin to describe the difference my grounding sheet has made to my sleep. I fall asleep so much quicker than previously and stay asleep much longer. When I wake up I feel totally refreshed. The one thing I have really noticed is the complete lack of tense in my body, I used to wake myself up from grinding my teeth, but that hasn’t happened since using the grounding sheet.
I have recommended premium grounding to everyone I know. Het aardingslaken is van een stevige stof geweven waardoor hij het gevoel van kwaliteit geeft ten opzichte van gewone aardingslakens met zilver. Ik ben dan ook heel benieuwd hoelang ik plezier ga hebben van dit laken en kussensloop. Ik slaap er nu een week of 5 op en mijn nekklachten zijn zo goed als weg. Ook mijn rugpijn is sterk verminderd, als het er overdag toch inschiet dan is de pijn in een aantal dagen weer minimaal ipv weken last. Wat ik ook opvallend vind is dat mijn overgangsklachten een heel stuk minder zijn geworden en ik me stabieler, weer meer in balans voel. Kortom ik ben overtuigd en een blije gebruiker!
Took about a week or so, a few nights of disturbed sleep initially, it then the full glory became apparent. Night after night of deep, restful sleep. A wonderful investment indeed.
I received my grounding sheet promptly & all queries were answered. I love the fact that I can use my own sheets over the grounding sheet & that I can wash my grounding sheet. Quality of the sheet is excellent & I am most impressed by the health benefits we receive by sleeping on a grounding sheet. Excellent choice compared to any other sheet being promoted.
