I bought the sheet. It worked the first night- less joint pain. I really appreciate that it goes under a fitted sheet so can be washed less frequently. I wanted to make sure it was not a placebo so I purchased a tester and it sure is working. I will never sleep without it again. My aches and pains are so much better.
I got the grounding sheet for a family member who has been suffering from various issues to do with inflammation for years. One of her symptoms was insomnia, and aching back. She has been feeling the difference now with the grounding blanket under her normal fitted sheet. It was simple to put on, and plug in. I appreciate the fact that your product works under the sheet, and so, will probably last longer than similar products that need to have skin contact, and will need washing more often. I am thinking of getting myself one as well, because I think I would benefit from a night of grounding therapy too. Although I do try to walk barefoot daily in my garden. Thank you for your product. I recommend it to those who are living with pain. It could just give a little relief.

I bought several products and love them all. The grounding sheet and pillow case have made a significant difference to my sleep. I sleep deeper and longer with these on my bed. My dog loves sleeping on her new grounding sheet too! Wonderful products!
My husband and I live it an old house built in the 50s so (unbeknownst to me) our outlets are actually not even grounded! We have the GFCI outlets for protection, but after I ordered the grounding mat, my husband broke the bad news to me and I was so disappointed thinking we would never be able to sleep grounded in this house. What a relief to go on Premium Grounding’s site and find this rod as an option! We are definitely “those” people now who have a cord going from our bedroom window out to a metal rod stuck in the ground!! Haha We tested it with the multimeter and it works perfect! The grounding flat sheet rests under my 100% cotton fitted sheet and my husband and I sleep like babies and wake up feeling refreshed. It is helping my hip pain soooo much. Thank you for a great product!!😃😃
I tried three different grounding sheets over the past year and the one from premium grounding.uk is by far the best. The first sheet I purchased had no noticeable effect, and the second required sleeping directly on the material, which was scratchy and uncomfortable, and again, I felt no difference. With this sheet, however, I noticed results almost immediately. I have been sleeping through the night consistently and love that I can place my regular sheet over it without reducing the effectiveness. I usually don’t write reviews, but this sheet is definitely worth it.
I’ve had 30 years of different levels of interrupted sleep, mostly from a three level fusion L-1 to L-3 of my low back. I have tried multiple treatments, drugs and devices with only temporary, addictive or limited results.
We purchased our new SS Grounding Sheet about two months ago and after only using this product for two weeks I began sleeping most nights five and six hours each night, straight through that is unheard of for me! I was sick last week and was able to sleep for 20 hours and only woke three times to use a bathroom.

I am menopausal and have a LOT of inflammation in my body, so it didn't work at first. After two weeks, I started to notice a small change in my sleep, and after a month I can see that I am sleeping much better. I no longer get up two or three times during the night to pee, i do still wake up with hot flushes, but I'm able to go back to sleep much quicker, and sleep more deeply. I have always known that the electrical appliances in my bedroom and the wiring that brought the electricity into the house was disrupting my sleep for years. I have put in place sleep hygiene and mindfulness. It did help but sleep quality was still poor.
Then I came across grounding sheets. I was abit skeptical at first but after reading more about it I was convinced.
I chose premium grounding because it’s made from stainless steel and Australian made.
I bought a multimeter and the grounding bed sheet. I tested it without touching the sheets and touching the sheets. The amount of electricity going through the body is astounding.
I’m blown away by the results. After 2 weeks of using the grounding sheet I was able to sleep through the nights. I usually wake up because of the pains in my ankles and the top of the feet.
Pain in the legs disappeared. Neck pain was gone too.
I bought another grounding sheet for my son in law who has difficulty with sleeping too.

I purchased the grounding mat initially to try out on my feet as they get a bit tired and sore after walking 18 holes of golf two or three days a week. Prior to buying the floor mat I would soak my feet in a foot soak solution with epsom salts and other ingredients which worked well but is a bit of work to prepare the soak.
I have found that the mat works well to help my feet recover from the big walks and I use it for 30 -60 minutes while sitting in front of the tv.
My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and spends a lot of his day sitting in a chair, I gave him the grounding mat to try and he really likes it and says it does help his day to day discomfort with health issues. So I lost my grounding mat and decided to buy another one for my feet and I now have the cloth mat which is probably more versatile for me. If my back is a bit sore I will lay it down a cushion behind my back and it helps me to recover my discomfort while watching tv. It works well with my sore feet and I have decided to take it on holiday overseas soon to use with tired feet and maybe put under my sheet to help with sleep if I’m having trouble sleeping. It won’t take up much space in my suitcase. I’m very happy with my purchases.

As someone who has suffered from chronic insomnia and used every technique and supplement you can imagine, I have noticed an immediate improvement. I am not only sleeping better; I had developed pretty severe tooth grinding at night and that dropped by 75% overnight! I've only been using them one month, so still open to seeing developments over the next while.
Oredr and delivery was without issue, except that the Shop app was useless for tracking! But communication with seller was great.
Within 2 nights of using my Grounding & Earthing Bed Sheet and Pilliw case I noticed that my sleep improved. I sleep deeper and feel more rested in the morning than I have done for many years. I was looking for a better product and the grounding sheet that I bought from Premium Grounding was a big upgrade in quality! I was a bit skeptical about having a grounding sheet under a fitted sheet but I tested it and it works. Well made and shipping was fast. I will definitely purchase from here in the future.
So, I got the Queen/King bed sheet. For those of you thinking traditional bed sheet, it's not that, it's a heavier flat sheet, that you lay on your mattress, under a cotton fitted bed sheet. It looks like it will last a long time, as you don't have to wash it as much as you would the sheet that is on top. Anyway, I used to toss and turn, hourly I would look at the clock, trying anything to get comfortable. (I tried every pillow on the market.) Out of desperation, I tried the Premium Grounding sheet. I live in an old farmhouse so no grounding outlets upstairs, so I ran the grounding cord into the ground from the upstairs window. The first few nights I thought I felt a tingling but thought maybe wishful thinking, but then I noticed I was sleeping longer. I'm not sure but I'm thinking it was just a couple weeks and I was sleeping through the night and my body does not hurt like it was. (Arthritis) I can't say it works for everyone, but for me it was the best investment I've ever made. Can't have enough good sleep.

I have varicose veins and do feel that they are not so prominent, maybe due to the grounding sheet.
