After a lot of research, I bought a grounding mat from Premium Grounding. I really like the mat but my husband kept "borrowing" it, so I decided to buy the Grounding sheets. Since using the Grounding sheets we have both had uninterrupted sleep - no more waking up in the night. We are both impressed with this product. Highly recommended.

Being post menopausal I've struggled to sleep for years! Well seriously this grounding sheet just seems to make my sleep better and better. By far the best grounding sheet. 3rd grounding sheet, and it is amazing. Doesn't move and the Stainless Steel thread is soo much better than the Silver threads. I am much more relaxed, and rest better, as I have severe Menopause and have tossed and turned most nights, and not getting upto the loo to often or not. Have set alarm on phone every 3 months for a wash. Give it a go.

Tested my grounding a multi metre the day I got it, everything works and it should and I’ve never felt better, 3 weeks in and I’ll be buying another one for when I’m away at work

I am so happy with this purchase. It’s very soft and comfortable to lie on (you don’t even feel it under the fitted sheet), it’s nice and big and covers the whole mattress, and it’s very easy to use. I only just got it but I’m noticing I’m sleeping better. The company really stands out with their customer service. You can tell it’s a family business because they really care about helping you and are quick to answer questions and provide advice. That feels like a rare thing these days where everything is so mechanised and depersonalised. My grounding sheet was sent to Europe and the company was in continuous contact updating me on the shipping progress and how to get the best out of the product. I’m going to get another one for our second bed.

I purchased the grounding sheet for our King Size bed a couple of months ago and my life has changed for the better ever since I placed it on our bed. From the very first night I noticed a reduction in aches and pains and longer periods of sleep. My Plantar fasciitis has also now completely disappeared, a huge win! My partner says his moods have been better even though he is very grounded through his job, so that was an unexpected win too. I've recommended others give this some consideration and some have also purchased for themselves, however I haven't asked about their results yet to know how they are going. Very happy with the money spent for a great product that is providing me with a lot of relief each night.

We have had the ground sheet for about 6 weeks now and honestly it is amazing. We have had the best nights sleep since purchasing it. We were sceptical at first but thought we would return if we weren’t happy. But we totally are. We used to wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep but thankfully not now. I'm rather happy with my grounding mat. It sits easily under our sheet. I had a previous one from another company that had to sit on top and it kept getting crumpled and pushed out of the way so it ended up not being used. I find that grounding has made a marked improvement in my health, I'm able to move and bend so much better. I'm also happy to find a place that sells the mats so close to home.

Going to bed is a joy now. The Grounding Sheet has been marvellous, along with the pillow slip. I no longer have aches and pains occurring and have the most delightful sleep.

We love it we now want one on all our beds for visitors!
We work away 7/7 and sleep in a bed at camp we are also looking at getting another for our camp room. We still get up at 3am every morning but at work it just feel stiffer than what we do when sleeping at home.
It’s the exact same mattress and the same age as we took our own to camp!
So the magic of it is very noticeable.

Absolutely brilliant … I had results after the first nights sleep … I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis pain in my whole body so sleeping without pain was a serious issue but not now. The grounding mat is true to its description and I highly recommend it.

As I have had poor sleep patterns most of my life, I thought/hoped this pillow case would help. I’m very happy and surprised by the result.
The first two nights I noticed my head felt warmer than usual. Not uncomfortable, just warmer. The first two nights I didn’t want to sleep because my mind was so calm and still, which I’d never experienced before, so I just wanted to enjoy the experience. It made me imagine how deep meditation would feel. Also, my body just felt happy to just stay still. It was wonderful.
By the fourth night I wasn’t aware of the deep calmness in my mind, but my body was, and still is calm. Even though I haven’t got to the point of having the required amount of sleep each night, I find it’s easier for me to control my mind, by reminding myself that the pillow case is helping me, even when I don’t think it is.
Would I recommend this pillow case? Absolutely. One day I hope to get the grounding bed sheet, but until then, I’m more than happy with my purchase.
