I was suffering from sciatica pain and turned to the grounding sheets as I had tried all other treatment to no avail. Within a week of using the sheets my sciatica pain had disappeared and my neck and shoulders feel relaxed. A few weeks on and I believe I have a much deeper sleep and feeling overall pretty good - I think most of my family now have the sheets!!
I bought the grounding mat mainly for my back pains hoping it might give relief. The first night my partner and I were kind of shocked, the sleep we had was so deep and we felt so rested in the morning. We even had pleasant dreams! I have issues in falling asleep and staying asleep and I can’t remember the last time I slept like that. We continued to sleep in deep bliss until a few nights after there was a thunder storm so we slept unplugged. This confirmed the grounding sheet was making an improvement with our sleep as we didn’t have the same results. I also surprisingly found recovery from a physically intense day happens over night. My back and hips tighten up and usually takes me a few days to recover. Funny enough after getting the grounding sheet recovery is just over a night. We even took it to our hotel in Brisbane with a whole week packed with activities. I was able to do each adventure every day even if I was sore by the end of it. I was very unsure of the grounding sheet, and I was imagining feeling the effects very differently. It has changed the quality of my life immensely. Insane.
I am very very happy with my grounding sheet. Firstly you don’t know it is even there and it works nicely on my Tempur mattress. I have fibromyalgia and I am sure my inflammation has reduced, but above all else I am getting to sleep very quickly and sleeping deeply. I thought that this was a thing of the past due to the fibromyalgia and menopause combo. I am dreaming again and waking early and refreshed! This was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I took her advice.
I have used earthing sheets for nearly more than 10 years and when purchasing my latest from Premium Grounding I noticed they had an earthing sheet for a cot. I recently ordered a grounding sheet for my bed and a grounding mat to use whilst sitting at my desk. The quality of my sleep has been deeply affected, I am a lot more energised. I received a free eye mask with my order and this is so soft and comfortable. A great company, I will be ordering more sheets for my childrens beds.
I look forward to going to bed every night now knowing that I can fall into a deep sleep so much easier. Sound Sleep has been a battle for a couple of years but since using the grounding sheet I can get to sleep so much quicker and I’m not waking with hip and joint aches any more. My husband was skeptical about the effectiveness of grounding sheets initially but he is also now a believer. I even did an experiment to see how we would sleep when h removed the sheet for a few days whilst washing and it was noticeable we both toss and turned and he even asked if I’d unplugged it or something so the benefits are definitely noticeable. I had high expectations with my first night on the grounding sheet and it was actually by the third night all my expectations were met.
Once every thing settled down I was treated to the deepest sleep I've experienced in years. Resulting in feeling fresher and with more mental clarity in the morning.
As an added bonus the deeper I sleep the more intense my dream state has become.

I was unsure about this product prior to buying it but I thought what have you got to lose? After having this product for a few weeks I’m amazed at how good I sleep in bed, my body feels better and I can feel my body recovering faster than ever! I really wish I did this a long time ago. I ask feel getting to sleep is much faster and I’d go chill out on the bed just to lay down I’m asleep again in no time! Love this bed sheet, highly recommend for every bed in the house!

Ordered one for myself and instantly started sleeping a lot better. Aches and pains reduced radically. Now ordered for my son . Recommended to other family and friends which have also purchased. I wouldn’t recommend it if it doesn’t work .
I took night time magnesium every night to help with sleep but since trying the grounding bed sheet I haven't needed the magnesium. I now get to sleep easily, don't have any restless legs, and sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. I am no longer sceptical. It works for me.

We purchased 2 sheets one for us and one for our Grand daughter who is Autistic.

I didn't have a huge level of confidence the grounding sheet would do much. However, I noticed an improvement in my sleep straight away. It's helped me sleep through the night and if I do wake up, I fall back to sleep quickly. I've already convinced my mum and a friend to buy one too!
