I have an autoimmune arthritis which has left me with a lot of joint pain and neuropathy in my feet. The first couple of weeks, I really noticed an increase in the tingling in my feet, which wasn't great. But then suddenly, the pain completely eased. I still have some pain, but it's an amazing difference. I feel like there is less neuropathy and more feeling as well. It does take a little time, but it absolutely makes a difference. Be patient, it's worth it. I also love that I can use this under my regular sheets and it works amazingly well and stays put on the mattress.

I purchased the mattress mat because my grounded cover sheet was fading after two years of use. I love that the mat goes under your cover sheet and is just as effective (if not more) than the sheet. It is high quality made and very efficient for aches and pain.

I put the grounding sheet under my covered sheet and didn't tell my husband to see if he would notice the difference. He did notice a difference, My husband works shifts and he was always tired. I have purchased other grounding sheets in the past,but the premium sheet is the best.As it is placed under my own sheet,makes laundry so much easier.I am falling asleep quicker and having a long peaceful night.My legs no longer ache which is a plus.I would recommend the premium grounding sheet as a must for anyone.

My headaches are GONE. I experienced headaches every day. Not the migraine type. The type that is present, threatening to become something big. The type that if you bend over your head feels like it might explode. I found myself pushing my pillow aside so my head could rest directly on my bed. I think it took 3 nights for the headaches to disappear. Also, my older dog sleeps on my bed...He is a border collie/aussie cross. He is 12 years old and has some arthritis. He has slowed down quite a bit this last year. Buddy is now moving better! He is more active, even chasing his tale. I also noticed that his breathing is softer and quieter. The sheet does make a difference in sleep quality and being grounded to the earth. Works under my cotton fitted sheet. I think that I am actually having less disturbed and restless sleep overall.
Had a dream on the second week of use that my cat and I was sleeping on my front lawn, the earth cable for the house goes into the front lawn area.
My cat has started sleeping right next to me consistently since I started using the sheet, he didn't want to be near the bed before.
Very high-quality material and fabric, nice weight to it due to the stainless-steel weave. Cable is a good length and wall plug is quality. Overall, very happy with the investment and the results though subtle are noticeable and accumulative.

I purchased a grounding sheet for my son who was sceptical on if it would work. After a few days on sleeping with the sheet I asked if he had noticed any difference. I have had other grounding sheets and these are far superior to any other that I have used. I Use grounding sheets mainly to help me sleep - the side effects of helping with my aches and pains is a bonus. I have now had my sheet about a month and gradually my sleep has improved. If I do wake up in the middle of the night I go back to sleep quickly.

Started using onda 3rd November, and from 1st nite sleep I'd say I woke up 90% aches n pain free. Then from then onwards I am now pain free n my body feels amazingly alive feeling.
Tho the length of sleep is hasn't changed, I've always had issues of only getting 4hrs of sleep, but I do notice tat I'd dream more often then b4 using da sheets.

never thought this would work as well as it does my wife was sceptical however we now lay in bed each night and get up refreshed and have less aches and pains highly recommend giving this a try.

We love the fact that these sheets can be placed under a regular cotton sheet. We had grounding sheets from another company that had to be placed on top. They have not lasted very long. Hopeful these will last much longer as advertised!
