Since purchasing grounding sheet I have slept so much better, I actually have dreams now. I am calmer all day. I would highly recommend purchasing a grounding sheet for overall well being.
I bought other branded earthing sheet, initially the first one always feels like it is the best until you meet other people who bought alternative branded items and after a talking about it I end up with a sentence or a few words that stick in my head until I give in and buy the brand that was bought by the person giving it a big 10/10 and then that feeling of having bought the best item initially fades fast as this is as the name suggests PREMIUM, I have lifelong disabilities and prefer to put up with the pain over taking pharmaceutical pain killers, and found that I am feeling less pain than before (not completely gone but better) so I bought another for a family member, I will eventually buy another few for other family members, simply the best

I originally bought a small grounding mat just to put my feet on and I was very happy with the results. I decided to invest in a grounding mat for my queen size bed. Within days I was able to stop taking painkillers for my body aches and pains and the inflammation that I had suffered from for years disappeared. Within three weeks I was able to sleep 8-9 hours a night. Premium Grounding has great products and service. I have a very anxious dog and I thought I would give the mat a try with an open mind as to the results. After putting the mat in her bed she has been a lot calmer and more relaxed. She sleeps better throughout the day and we have had less barking and hyperarousal.
My Mum also loves her grounding sheet and is also feeling more calm and relaxed. I recommend giving these products a try.

Love my multi use grounding mat. I pop it beneath my feet during the work day to reduce all the EMF exposure from my laptop wifi and phones! Then at night I bring it to the couch for my Husband to use. Can def tell we are sleeping better!
