Have never slept so well in all my yrs,now going to purchase one for my daughter
The grounding sheet fits really well on our bed. I assume, for the weight and quality of the fabric, it doesn't move around underneath our fitted sheet. We've been using it for about a month, so it might be a bit early to notice the benefits, but I do feel more rested.
This is a great product because the fabric is so inviting for pets and people alike. Just a very sturdy piece of cloth! My dog sleeps on it nightly. No way he’d do that with the cheaper carbonized/plastic versions of grounding mats
This grounding sheet is top quality! First of all you can use your own sheets over the top , unlike other grounding products! I researched a few other brands before buying from premium grounding , very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. Firstly you feel a bit crappy which is completely normal & you feel like this is just a crock and doing nothing but then all of a sudden it all falls into place , trust in the product, after a week or 2 you all of a sudden will feel your sleeping better and just overall feeling better in your self , you will wake feeling brighter & more energetic, do your self a favour and try this awesome grounding sheet!!!
As a person who suffers from a chronic disease, I know how hard lack of sleep is - the grounding sheets are my savior at night. Since using them I sleep so much deeper and feel fresh in the morning. Can not recommend enough!
Because of it's portable size, I tend to move this mat to several locations depending what I'm doing. When I read, it's by my reading chair, when I am using my pc it sits on my footrest and when I am painting it stands in front of my easel. Extremely useful and I am very happy with this purchase. I have since purchased a Grounding sheet for my bed.

Premium Grounding bed sheets are amazing. I purchased a sheet last year from a US company and the quality was a joke. It put me off grounding sheets for a while but then I decided to try an Australian quality sheet. Best decision I’ve made. I love my sheet. Sleep well and no aches or stiffness in the morning. So impressed that I bought more for family members - mum, 2 sisters and my mother in law.
I,for years, have wished that I could use a grounding sheet in my office for my clients. Most grounding sheets have to actually touch the body to work, but Premium Grounding sheets can conduct through cotton sheets! My clients feel so relaxed and grounded after their treatments. I've used several mats over the last 10 years and they either move, fall apart or both. This one barely moves and feels just like your bed. Find one that lasts more than a year or two is a challenge. This one looks to be much more durable.
Purchased the Grounding sheet about 2 weeks ago, and have been using it for about 11 days. Really comfortable to sleep on as we put it over a soft throw rug, then fitted sheet on top. We both can feel the slight warmish tingle on our feet etc. A lovely feeling. I have bursitis of the hip, on both sides, the right side is a real pain, and cannot lie on it at all. The left side is not as bad, but can only lie on it fro about 10 mins then it starts to hurt. I have always been a side sleeper. So now I have to lie on my back, which was always difficult to do for more than 30 mins or so. NOW, I can lie on my back for several hours at a time, no pain, no stiffness AMAZING !! I have always woken up at about 3 am every night, despite some herbal sleeping products being used. I am still waking up, but now at 2am, so I don't understand that. But I am not tired in the mornings, despite this early waking up. I would highly recommend this product/company to anyone that wants to improve pain. I checked my blanket, with the meter from the site, and all is as advertised. Great products, buy one!!!
Iam not sure if it reduces swelling but iam definitely sleeping deeper and waking up a lot fresher.
I have waited two months to do an honest review because we were skeptical but hopeful that this would work. We purchased the mattress sheet and pillow cases. Can now honestly say from being a terrible sleeper for years my husband and I have never slept so deeply and sound. It has been an absolute game changer. This has been backed by my Oura ring sleep scores that are now so much higher for Deep and REM sleep quality every night. I wish I had of not waited and purchased them years ago. Absolutely BRILLIANT I will never sleep without one again on the bed.
First purchased the king single to try out, then decided to get the Queen size for my queen bed. It took a week before I could tolerate the buzz & warmth in my body using this undersheet on my bed. A week and a half in I am not waking as much from pain ( arthritic changes) in my hip. Would be good to see how it goes in summer months if the warmth continues. My eldest teenager who has trouble sleeping fell asleep on my bed & slept for 13 hours straight..Would be good to have some loyalty of those who have previously purchased to get a discount if buy more.

I am really impressed with the Grounding Sheet (Queen size). I find I am sleeping better, more rested in the morning and I am not so sore as I used to be (back and neck problems due to an old injury). So far, very happy!
I purchased the grounding sheet and so glad that I did! Believe it or not, I’m discovering less and less pain in my lower back, knees and Achilles tendon, which I’ve had tendinitis in for over a year! After the first night sleeping on the sheet, I felt as if I had been in ocean waves all night; I was so relaxed! I highly recommend the grounding sheet.
After researching for months, I finally took the plunge and purchased a grounding sheet. I could feel it from the first night. My husband noticed a difference after a couple of nights.
