I use a Galaxy watch to track my sleep, so I was curious to see what would happen to the sleep stats when I started using the grounding sheet. Before, my deep sleep was terrible—some nights I was only getting 9 minutes (and generally the stats would show my deep sleep was less that 10% of my total sleep time, many nights less than 5%)! But after the first two nights on the sheet, my deep sleep shot up to over an hour. I was amazed.

Then, it started to fluctuate again, and I got a bit skeptical. That’s when I realised…I hadn’t washed the sheet yet. After washing it, the difference was incredible. My deep sleep now averages around 20% of my sleep time each night.
