It is crazy how well these work! I had tried a different one before that was smaller and had to be on top of the sheet and it worked but was kind of a pain and didn't wash well. That's why I love this grounding sheet. Mine is a half size so I can put it just on my side of the bed or drape it over both sides of the bed and both of us get the benefit from it. I have horrible arthritis And awful back pain but after sleeping on this I feel much better every morning. I know the anti-inflammatory properties definitely work! I can even just go lay on it for 10 minutes if I'm really hurting in the middle of the day and when I get up the pain has gone. And the what I really like is that The pad is thick enough to hold its shape and stay put on the bed and the fact that you can put it under your sheets is amazing. Allows you to sleep much much better if you're anything like me and can't stand the feel of it on your skin. I definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from any kind of inflammatory pain!

When I found this grounding sheet I was looking for a sheet that went under my regular bedding and would not need to be washed every time I changed sheets. So I was looking for a product with superior conductivity and durability. We have only been using the grounding sheet for a week and have both noticed we are having deeper sleeps, and falling asleep more easily.
I had been looking at grounding sheets for some time, but was put off by having to have them on top of the bed sheets. I was delighted to find this one that could be used effectively beneath a fitted sheet. Has definitely helped my painful hips and supported better sleep.

A few weeks ago we purchased your double grounding sheet. In February this year I had a total hip replacement which was fantastic but since then I have had slightly swollen feet and legs. Since having the grounding mat… which I place under my pillow case… I have noticed that I don't wake up during the night as much as I used too. I have had high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation (for several years) and am on medication for both. Despite the medication my BP is still slightly elevated and my Apple Watch gives me a weekly reading of the amount of time I am in AF. At the time of fitting the grounding sheet my AF readings were up around 60 to 70 percent of the time on a weekly basis. After 3 weeks I had a sudden drop to 30% followed by less than 2% the next week. (Week 5-23% and week 6 11%)
My BP readings have also improved considerably over that time as well. Still early days yet but feeling very confident that the sheet has had a really positive effect on those readings.
