Step 1: Connect the grounding sheet to the metal stud at the end of the white cord.
Step 2: Place your grounding sheet on your mattress beneath your fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive.
Step 3: Plug the other end of the white cord into your wall outlet. It doesn’t matter if the electricity switch is on or off; the earth cable will still provide the benefits of grounding.
