I like these. They seem to stay in place well. I have my good sheets over them. I’m wondering if I can use then under the mattress pad.

I bought a sheet for my mum cause she suffers from swollen ankles and legs due to poor circulation, and she had to wear stockings every day which were a nightmare to get on and off. This grounding sheet works. I am now sleeping through the night and it has also eased my arthritis. It has also cured my husband's restless leg syndrome. Another thing that has occurred is me being able to read a book in a week, which I haven't been able to do in the past 10 years ie I would fall asleep after 10 pages and a book would take me at least 4 weeks to complete reading.

I was surprised how light the grounding sheet was, and I was interested to see how my partner would go with it as he struggles to sleep due to injuries from an accident many years ago. I was looking for something that would help my gluteal Tendinopathy which I have in both hips , I’ve been doing exercises which my physio gave me but it has still been restricting me in daily activities and generally causes a lot of pain , so I thought the grounding sheet might help , not much difference in the first week but the second week I was noticing a difference in getting out of bed and being able to walk a bit further than I did the week before.
It’s been a month now and my hips aren’t aching nor my knees , l am able to walk about 5k each morning without feeling any pain . I was a bit sceptical about whether it would help but I have to say that I have had no 'restless legs' since using it this past month. It's comfortable and easy to install.

I have noticed a big difference in the pain I was having in my knees even after having knee replacement in both knees in 2011 and 2013. They have improved a lot I'm still havening quite a bit of trouble with pain in my sciatic nerve in my back. Not sure what to do for that.

In the few weeks since I began using the grounding sheet under my cotton sheet, I have noticed:
1. A four month toothache/sensitivity stopped
2. I used to get a sharp pain in my hand if I squeezed something. Gone. Had it a couple of years.
3. More dreaming, so likely deeper sleep.
4. Less tossing and turning.
