There is not much I have not broken, complimented by a few serious illnesses and surgeries. My sleep is poor and my body aches.....now add menopause to that and exhaustion seems a small word.
No More! It's been 4 weeks of continually improving sleep, less aches, less swelling and inflammation. These sheets should be a legal requirement. Even the dog and cat will not get off it, and I cannot explain to them now can I. About to purchase an extra one to take overseas with me, alongside another one for Mothers Day.

I purchased it about 6 weeks ago then ordered the pillow grounding sheet.
Both of them work great, I haven't had any hip aches nor as many headaches.
I recently slept in a bed for 10 days without the grounding sheet and my hips ached a fair bit plus I had a lot more leg cramps, I have purchased a second one for a bed I sleep in the winter as that room gets more sunlight, and a lot warmer.

I’ve had trouble sleeping for the past 20 years and often overworked myself at the gym, which only made things worse due to elevated cortisol levels. After just a few nights of sleeping with the grounding sheet, I noticed deeper, cooler sleep. I relax faster and wake up less frequently than before. I was sceptical about buying this product as it’s a difficult concept to grasp but I noticed the difference in how my body relaxed immediately.
My left hip and knee ache dissipated within days and I have the most peaceful sleep when laying on it.
I’ve noticed a difference with aches when not being home and sleeping on it for a couple of days also.
I googled different grounding sheets and there are big differences to be aware of, two in particular that were important to me were a full cover sheet and that it had the strength/capacity to sleep on it with a top sheet and pjs. Less expensive sheets are commonly made from 8-10% silver need direct contact to make an impact, premium grounding sheets are 30% stainless steel.
This was a fantastic purchase, well worth the investment for a peaceful sleep.

I’ve been using it for nearly 2 months now at first I didn’t really feel that it made any difference, but after the first month I have definitely noticed I sleep better. I don’t get up in the middle of the night as much. I seem to sleep longer and deeper than I’ve done in a long time. I have fibromyalgia. Disc degeneration. Bulging discs. Narrowing of my spinal cord.

I am so happy that I discovered Premium Grounding! I love my stainless steel grounding mat, which even works very well under my existing fitted sheet made of polyester and cotton ( I am buying new organic 100% cotton sheets, which are even better!) I have had my ground sheet and pillow case for 8 weeks. From the first night I slept like a baby. My husband commented that we no longer needed to totally remake the bed as we no longer pull the bottom sheets out because we don't move around as much. When I wake up my neck has no pain. For years I have had a lot of neck pain and tried many different pillows but now I wake up pain free. I would definitely recommend this product. Service was fast and efficient.

After buying a small grounding mat elsewhere for under my desk I wanted to try a larger grounding sheet for all night grounding and went with premium grounding because we could sleep on our normal fitted sheets over it. After a restless first night I definitely noticed a reduction in body soreness as time went on. I’d fractured an ankle and sprained both not long after we got it, but weirdly I had no pain. Coincidence? My husband who is a late night gamer says he doesn’t take as long to drop off to sleep and he seems less fidgety. My sleep is definitely a higher quality, I don’t think you can regret giving it a go.

Have been using the premium grounding sheet for a few months and now do not need medication to stop pain to sleep. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have cut right back on all medications.

I recently purchased the grounding sheets about 1 month ago, and while I have not noticed any real change in how I feel or my sleep, I believe that the grounding sheets must be doing their intended purpose. The sheets seem good quality as well. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try them out.
I had a fitted grounding sheet b4 which needed replacing after 6or 7 years.
