After buying a small grounding mat elsewhere for under my desk I wanted to try a larger grounding sheet for all night grounding and went with premium grounding because we could sleep on our normal fitted sheets over it. After a restless first night I definitely noticed a reduction in body soreness as time went on. I’d fractured an ankle and sprained both not long after we got it, but weirdly I had no pain. Coincidence? My husband who is a late night gamer says he doesn’t take as long to drop off to sleep and he seems less fidgety. My sleep is definitely a higher quality, I don’t think you can regret giving it a go.
Wow!!!! my chronic pain has bee reduced substantially. After my 2nd night on the sheet I was feeling a great deal of difference in my hands and it's only gotten better since then. But, what I love the best of all is my new overall level of energy. It is the best gift anyone could have given to me [even though I bought it myself!!!} I even bought one for my daughter and my sister got one as well. Congratulations guys
Have been using the premium grounding sheet for a few months and now do not need medication to stop pain to sleep. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have cut right back on all medications.

Gave the grounding sheet a try honestly really not expecting much as l am skeptical about most things but worth a shot. I have gone from tossing and turning most nights and at least one night a week with horrid sleep to sleeping like a baby! This product for me at least has been a game changer as far as a good nights sleep goes. Yet to have a bad night. Worth every cent and then some!

Having purchased my grounding sheet, I decided to purchase the pillowcase. I am extremely happy with both. The pillowcase fits my rather large pillow.

I have torn / damaged ligaments in my neck and experience muscle stiffness and soreness. I notice a huge difference when i sleep on my grounding sheet vs without. I no longer feel pain and inflammation and fall into a deep sleep without waking up. Highly recommend if you have ever experienced an injury.

I bought a sheet for my mum cause she suffers from swollen ankles and legs due to poor circulation, and she had to wear stockings every day which were a nightmare to get on and off. After sleeping on the sheet for a week her legs are no longer swollen and no more stockings. I couldn’t believe it. I will be getting a grounding sheet myself. They truly work
This grounding sheet works. I am now sleeping through the night and it has also eased my arthritis. It has also cured my husband's restless leg syndrome. Another thing that has occurred is me being able to read a book in a week, which I haven't been able to do in the past 10 years ie I would fall asleep after 10 pages and a book would take me at least 4 weeks to complete reading.
I was surprised how light the grounding sheet was, and I was interested to see how my partner would go with it as he struggles to sleep due to injuries from an accident many years ago. I did not tell him I had purchased one and put on the bed and wow the first night he lay on it he went straight to sleep after a few days he said, I've been sleeping good lately I told him and now he raves about it to everyone his pain while sleeping has really reduced It has taken a little longer to work on me but I'm sleeping well now, My partner said he is taking it with him if we part lol he loves it so much
I was looking for something that would help my gluteal Tendinopathy which I have in both hips , I’ve been doing exercises which my physio gave me but it has still been restricting me in daily activities and generally causes a lot of pain , so I thought the grounding sheet might help , not much difference in the first week but the second week I was noticing a difference in getting out of bed and being able to walk a bit further than I did the week before.
It’s been a month now and my hips aren’t aching nor my knees , l am able to walk about 5k each morning without feeling any pain . So I think with the combination of exercise and the grounding sheet has greatly improved my mobility and general well being , I have now brought the pillow case and mat ., so thank you Premium grounding , I’m glad I took the step and invested in your products .
