I took night time magnesium every night to help with sleep but since trying the grounding bed sheet I haven't needed the magnesium. I now get to sleep easily, don't have any restless legs, and sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. I am no longer sceptical. It works for me.

I didn't have a huge level of confidence the grounding sheet would do much. However, I noticed an improvement in my sleep straight away. It's helped me sleep through the night and if I do wake up, I fall back to sleep quickly. I've already convinced my mum and a friend to buy one too!

For the first 10 days I thought "uh-oh, this was a waste of money. I've been scammed!" But I am now SO impressed.
Two years ago I was seriously injured in a car accident. Pain, disability and inflammation have been a constant since then, with sleep very difficult and broken. I've probably averaged a total of two hours sleep a night since the accident.

Bought a full size grounding sheet not expecting too much but I have to admit there is a difference in my sleep. I have started to have dreams which I haven’t for a very long time also I am definitely in a much deeper sleep and straight through to morning.
I do need to go to toilet during the night straight back to deep sleep.
Easier to get out of bed in the morning still have aches but much reduced.

I did some research and decided to try the grounding underlay to go under the sheets and was not expecting quick results like I have got.
