I researched the possibility that sleeping on a grounding sheet would aid in controlling inflammation and help with my sleep quality. I read and researched and found Premium Grounding as a source for my grounding sheet. Premium Grounding uses a higher quantity of stainless steel (an excellent conductor) in the manufacturing process vs. the copper or silver content used by other manufacturers.
There were many things happening in my life that were impacting how I was sleeping as well as my cortisol levels. I bought a sheet and followed the directions. Within 7 days I was sleeping for 5-6 hours straight and that has increases to 6-7 hours each night. This is following years of sleeping 2-3 hours than being awake for 1-2 hours, then being asleep for 2-3 hours.
My overall health and wellness has improved and the primary change has been the grounding sheet from Premium Grounding. I believe that it has help to the point that I bought one for each of my brothers and two friends bought them also. I was hesitant at first but after research I committed to purchasing an earthing mat/sheet. Only question was which brand? Found Premium Grounding and haven’t looked back. the only difference I've noticed is less restlessness when going to sleep (it still takes me a while but I'm not tossing and turning nearly as much) but I also do believe it has to be doing me good internally to have a break from all that excess electricity exposure we're continuously surrounded by so I'm happy with my purchase

Love this grounding sleep sheet. So easy to set up and it fits across my king size bed. My back definitely hasn't been as sore after a few weeks of using the grounding sheet.

I must admit I purchased the grounding sheet with a sense of trepidation (as pensioners is it going to be worth the expense?). Well, so far so good. For years I have had suffered with a lot of inflammation in my body, my diet is based around "anti-inflammatory foods", which undoubtably help, but after a few nights sleeping on the grounding sheet I certainly noticed the difference in my aches and pains - namely lower back, knees and a huge decrease in shoulder/neck pain - all much improved. The burning feet are still there, but very much relieved and lessening. Given time I feel that sensation will be a distant memory. My sleeping hours are a little better, but after years of being an insomniac, I expect that to take time. I am at least waking feeling more refreshed and without a dull headache. (I put the headache down to neck pain, which, as mentioned, is relieved). Hopefully no more, or a lot less, physio visits.
Thus far I am happy I "bit the bullet" and purchased the grounding sheet.

I love my Grounding mat, which I keep under my computer desk and I have noticed that I am sleeping better and longer. I also love the Socket Tester, which checks the grounding ability.

I did my research when looking for grounding sheets. I know there’s places in the US I can get them from but they all seem to use silver- which I have no problem with except for in my research. I saw that Silver can come out of of the sheets when you wash them and overtime become ineffective. I saw that stainless steel being weaved into the sheets was much more effective and long lasting. So I found premium grounding and opted to buy from them. I felt a difference sleeping on these sheets right away. I didn’t realize they didn’t tuck in around the bed and I was concerned about that but they are a heavy sheet and when you put your own sheet on top of them, they stay in place perfectly fine. I definitely love these grounding sheets, and I’ve been telling friends about them. Thank you.

I purchased this to see if grounding would help me with the constant joint pain I had at 80 I have course arthritis in what comes with age, but I am unable to take over-the-counter pain, relief or prescription so I got this in hopes that it would help me and it has I can at least sleep nights and rest I think grounding really works. I had never heard of it until now. I went for stainless steel cause it lasts longer and is much more durable than silver. Silver won’t always stay in the washing. I don’t think.

Becasue I started back at the gym - a place I haven't gone to in over 3 years and I'm busting my butt to drop the perimenopausal weight. My recovery has been different this time. I had knee issues and my husband had a foggy head. We have had the grounding mat on our bed for about 6 weeks now. The pain in my knees has pretty much disappeared. I no longer have to treat my knees with heat, vibration and light therapy. I can move around so much easier now. My husband's head has cleared.
Last week, when we changed the bed sheets, we forgot to put the grounding mat back on. Within three days, we were back to sore knees, etc. So, with the grounding mat back on the bed, all our ailments have disappeared again. We cannot recommend this mat highly enough.
