I work long hours on my feet and I found resting my feet on the mat in bed I had less pain in my legs the next morning after a long shift.
I was also having more dreams and realised I was sleeping deeper and longer. Big bonus.
I also use it in the couch and the dog is happily sleeping on it as she lays next to me. Obviously she likes it too.

Over the last year, I have tried various grounding items and currently use grounding mats under my laptop, to stand on, while reading or watching TV. I am very impressed with the grounding sheet quality. I had a bit of minor swelling/ arthritis in two fingers that has diminished almost completely after several weeks of sleeping grounded. I sleep very well and will not go without my grounding bed sheet! This product seems very durable and I hope to use it for years to come. I like that it can go underneath my own bedsheets and is breathable. I did try another company's product (non breathable) under a sheet, it shifted, was sweaty and I was not satisfied. I highly recommend this one! . It takes time for long term results, with incremental improvement along the way. The quality and customer service is stellar. You won't be disappointed.

I really was sceptical about a grounding mat, I do try and earth ( walk barefoot on the ground) each day, but sometimes not always possible. I had read good things about grounding mats. I put it on my bed and didn’t really feel much difference, then realised that me tencel sheets were not good with the grounding mats. So I have changed to linen sheets and my husband I have been sleeping so well. No more tossing and turning. We really feel the difference when we travel. Highly recommend them

After a lot of research, I bought a grounding mat from Premium Grounding. I really like the mat but my husband kept "borrowing" it, so I decided to buy the Grounding sheets. Since using the Grounding sheets we have both had uninterrupted sleep - no more waking up in the night. We are both impressed with this product. Highly recommended.

Being post menopausal I've struggled to sleep for years! Well seriously this grounding sheet just seems to make my sleep better and better. By far the best grounding sheet. 3rd grounding sheet, and it is amazing. Doesn't move and the Stainless Steel thread is soo much better than the Silver threads. I am much more relaxed, and rest better, as I have severe Menopause and have tossed and turned most nights, and not getting upto the loo to often or not. Have set alarm on phone every 3 months for a wash. Give it a go.

Tested my grounding a multi metre the day I got it, everything works and it should and I’ve never felt better, 3 weeks in and I’ll be buying another one for when I’m away at work

I am so happy with this purchase. It’s very soft and comfortable to lie on (you don’t even feel it under the fitted sheet), it’s nice and big and covers the whole mattress, and it’s very easy to use. I only just got it but I’m noticing I’m sleeping better. The company really stands out with their customer service. You can tell it’s a family business because they really care about helping you and are quick to answer questions and provide advice. That feels like a rare thing these days where everything is so mechanised and depersonalised. My grounding sheet was sent to Europe and the company was in continuous contact updating me on the shipping progress and how to get the best out of the product. I’m going to get another one for our second bed.

I purchased the grounding sheet for our King Size bed a couple of months ago and my life has changed for the better ever since I placed it on our bed. From the very first night I noticed a reduction in aches and pains and longer periods of sleep. My Plantar fasciitis has also now completely disappeared, a huge win! My partner says his moods have been better even though he is very grounded through his job, so that was an unexpected win too. I've recommended others give this some consideration and some have also purchased for themselves, however I haven't asked about their results yet to know how they are going. Very happy with the money spent for a great product that is providing me with a lot of relief each night.

We have had the ground sheet for about 6 weeks now and honestly it is amazing. We have had the best nights sleep since purchasing it. I'm rather happy with my grounding mat. It sits easily under our sheet. I had a previous one from another company that had to sit on top and it kept getting crumpled and pushed out of the way so it ended up not being used. I find that grounding has made a marked improvement in my health, I'm able to move and bend so much better. I'm also happy to find a place that sells the mats so close to home.

Going to bed is a joy now. The Grounding Sheet has been marvellous, along with the pillow slip. I no longer have aches and pains occurring and have the most delightful sleep.
