I have fibromyalgia and suffering with a tired achy body daily especially after getting through a day of work.

I bought a grounding sheet from Premium Grounding at 2am when I was exhausted but couldn't sleep. I have had sleep problems for decades - often only sleeping 2 - 4 hours a night and not sleeping deeply, From the first night I slept 8 hours - getting up to go to the toilet but going back to sleep easily every time! I also had severe leg cramps that woke me every night for about the past 2 years (and was getting more severe) and had developed restless legs syndrome where my calves twitched. I had tried everything I thought, from taking magnesium, using magnesium oil, tissue salts, drinking lots of water, electrolytes - you name it, I've tried it and nothing made a bit of difference. Since I started using the grounding sheet I have not had one single cramp at night. I did get them again when I was lying on the couch watching tv so I got a grounding mat for the couch and that's stopped immediately as well. We have had our grounding sheet and pillow cases for few month's. Within first few days we felt enhanced circulation in our muscles below knees for few days and then feeling subsided. Since then our general sleep has been deepe!. The quality of our sheets on opening the packaging was evident. Our order was processed promptly and was recieved on time as promised. My very first night with the grounding sheet was remarkable. I definitely felt the difference, and woke up in the morning extremely rested. I had that feeling as if I'd been to the beach and had swum all day, or been in the sun, a kind of chilled, tired but happy vibe that you get when you're out in nature. That's what it felt like to me. I can't quite put my finger on it, as these things are hard to measure, but I definitely feel a difference in my sleep patterns.
We are very please with our purchase of the Premium Grounding bed sheet. The material is soft and appears to be well made. The size is perfect for our California King Bed. We were so pleased with our improved sleep, that we bought a second set of sheets. Would recommend the product,

Purchased the grounding sheet as I noticed my sleep wasn’t great since having kids and would be lying in bed for hours some nights unable to sleep. Straight away I noticed I was falling asleep so quickly and after 5 days my Apple Watch even noted a sleep trend change showing that my sleep quality had improved instantly. Highly recommend!!

Don't know what I'll ever use the sleep mask for but thanks anyway. So far I haven't noticed any change in my sleep or body with the addition of the pillow cases. Maybe more time is needed.

My mother struggles with pain each and every day and has tried everything to get relief. To no avail she hasn't had much success. Physio would help temporarily. When she seen these grounding sheets and the reviews, she so desperately wanted to try it. We were very skeptical however when you struggle to that magnitude you have to be open to trying new things. Her first week with the grounding sheet was terrible unfortunately. Her pain got worse every day. Then the 8th day she woke up pain free. She said she couldn't believe how well she could hop along. With this being said, she still has sleepless nights because of the pain however she is having a more restful sleep initially and she will wake up a few hours later with nagging pain. She definitely has seen benefits from the grounding sheet. We are truly grateful for any relief she can endure at her elderly age. This grounding sheet was worth the purchase when she initially thought she wasted her money.
I was happy with the grounding rod as it's size is unobtrusive and easily can be used to connect to the ground through the window frame in our house which is not grounded. Looking forward to ordering a grounding bed sheet to complete the process of grounding for better health.
