I've tried another grounding sheet and it helped, but the difference on this one is amazing. From the first night I have fallen into a deep sleep, something I haven't done in decades. I not only feel more rested, but more flexible and less stiff as my body is healing with the deeper sleep.
I love that I can use my own sheets on top and that I don't have to worry about getting oil on it if I remember last minute to put something on my skin as I go to bed.
Looking forward to travelling with it, as it's light enough to carry with me. It will be so much nicer than the little sheet that covers just the bottom of the bed and traps my feet if I move at night.

This grounding sheet works. I am now sleeping through the night and it has also eased my arthritis. It has also cured my husband's restless leg syndrome. Another thing that has occurred is me being able to read a book in a week, which I haven't been able to do in the past 10 years ie I would fall asleep after 10 pages and a book would take me at least 4 weeks to complete reading.
