I absolutely love our grounding bed sheets! After using one myself and noticing the difference, I ordered another for my 8-year-old. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep, but now, even when I wake up, I fall back asleep quickly and more peacefully.
In a world full of electronics, it feels really good to know we’re doing something natural and supportive for our health as a family. I recommend grounding sheets to everyone, just be open-minded and give it a chance!

I contemplated over and over whether to buy as I was unsure of the claims plus it's not cheap.

It took only a few days for me to notice a significant reduction in inflammation and aching hips (a problem I've struggled with when trying to sleep for over a year). Another benefit I think is accruing is heart health - while I am no doctor so cannot scientifically claim this, I have suffered from paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, usually triggered by lying down, for some time now and since I've had the grounding sheet any time it feels like it may be about to start it seems to settle just as quickly (which was not the usual experience I had before the sheet - once triggered it tended to last for hours). Time will tell but my instinct now is to say I think it is helping me manage and reduce that issue which is a wonderful added bonus to restful sleep and less pain if so.

This grounding sheet is awesome. First of all, I've noticed that my sleep is deeper, and although I still wake up in the night most nights (due to kids), I can get back to sleep much faster, sometimes I barely ever remember that I woke up, whereas it used to be about 20-30 mins before I could get back to sleep. I'm finally recovering after being severely sleep deprived for years.
Design wise, I love that it's just a big flat sheet, so it can be tucked in to the mattress and I don't even notice it. No wrinkles. Easy care. Really really good. Thank you :)
I use a Galaxy watch to track my sleep, so I was curious to see what would happen to the sleep stats when I started using the grounding sheet. Before, my deep sleep was terrible—some nights I was only getting 9 minutes (and generally the stats would show my deep sleep was less that 10% of my total sleep time, many nights less than 5%)! But after the first two nights on the sheet, my deep sleep shot up to over an hour. I was amazed.
Then, it started to fluctuate again, and I got a bit skeptical. That’s when I realised…I hadn’t washed the sheet yet. After washing it, the difference was incredible. My deep sleep now averages around 20% of my sleep time each night.
At first, my REM sleep did drop (probably because my body was busy repairing itself), but over the months, that’s also improved. My husband jokes that it feels like there’s a magnet holding him to the bed because he sleeps so deeply now!
We’re sleeping so much better that we’ve now bought grounding sheets for our teenage kids too. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a sleep sheet and foot mat and have had the best sleep since childhood. Both items help immensely with reducing inflammation and are very calming as well as incredibly comfortable.

I was skeptical about the product but saw great reviews so I bought a small one to sleep on to try first and the results are amazing. I slept better and was able to fall asleep or fall back to sleep a lot faster. I lent it to my boy friend and he loves it too and have a bought a bigger one for himself.. The sheet is amazing. At first I was sceptical as I thought it was rubbish. So I went ahead and bought it. Oh my it is amazing. It helped my back as I have nerve pinching, feeling of cold sensation while I’m actually hot. The sheet has removed it and now I don’t have nerve pinching. Also it helps with sleeping. I’m sleeping better and wake up feeling refreshed. I normally wake up feeling groggy. Sheet helped so much. I recommend everyone to buy it. You won’t regret it.
We purchased one for our queen size bed. How grateful we are for this company. We had to return ours as a duty fee was charged. But they sent out another one right away duty free and were very kind in dealing with us.
We noticed after a few weeks that my husband's sugar levels dropped. He is a type 2 diabetic and he has been able to lower his overnight insulin. Leg cramping is no longer an issue for me. This is an amazing product but the people who stand behind it are even more amazing! Thank you so much!
