Our grounding sheet is designed to be used as an underlay that goes directly beneath your fitted sheet. Step 1: Connect the Grounding Sheet to the metal stud at the end of the white cord Step 2: Place your grounding sheet on your mattress beneath your fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive Step 3: Connect the plug (at the other end of the white cord) to your wall outlet. It doesn’t matter if the electricity switch is on or off, the earth cable will still be conducting the earthing effects.
