Step 1: Connect the Grounding Sheet to the metal stud at the end of the white cord Step 2: Place your grounding sheet on your mattress beneath your fitted sheet. Both sides are conductive Step 3: Connect the plug (at the other end of the white cord) to your wall outlet.
