I have an autoimmune arthritis which has left me with a lot of joint pain and neuropathy in my feet. The first couple of weeks, I really noticed an increase in the tingling in my feet, which wasn't great. But then suddenly, the pain completely eased. I still have some pain, but it's an amazing difference. I feel like there is less neuropathy and more feeling as well. It does take a little time, but it absolutely makes a difference. Be patient, it's worth it. I also love that I can use this under my regular sheets and it works amazingly well and stays put on the mattress.
I purchased the mattress mat because my grounded cover sheet was fading after two years of use. I love that the mat goes under your cover sheet and is just as effective (if not more) than the sheet. It is high quality made and very efficient for aches and pain.
I put the grounding sheet under my covered sheet and didn't tell my husband to see if he would notice the difference. He did notice a difference, My husband works shifts and he was always tired. My headaches are GONE. I experienced headaches every day. Not the migraine type. The type that is present, threatening to become something big. The type that if you bend over your head feels like it might explode. I found myself pushing my pillow aside so my head could rest directly on my bed. I think it took 3 nights for the headaches to disappear. Also, my older dog sleeps on my bed...He is a border collie/aussie cross. He is 12 years old and has some arthritis. The sheet does make a difference in sleep quality and being grounded to the earth. Works under my cotton fitted sheet. I think that I am actually having less disturbed and restless sleep overall.
Had a dream on the second week of use that my cat and I was sleeping on my front lawn, the earth cable for the house goes into the front lawn area.
My cat has started sleeping right next to me consistently since I started using the sheet, he didn't want to be near the bed before.
