I was a little sceptical when I ordered the sheet but figured I had nothing to lose & hopefully a lot to gain. The first night I felt hot but no change to my sleep, my husband thought he slept better the 2nd & 3rd nights still hot but definitely slept better. I read the side effects and being hot was one of the detox symptoms. From then on we both slept really well and I feel like I have so much more energy not dragging myself out of bed everyday. Both my husband and I don’t seem to have the aches that we did prior. I spent a few nights sleeping in another bed and definitely felt the difference. I have since purchased the pillow cases and have been using them for a week, hoping to reduce my stress lines !! All in all we are sold and would definitely recommend both products
I purchased a king grounding mat for friends of mine, they usually go outside every day, but in central Queensland it’s extremely hot! They are now enjoying the benefits of grounding and feeling more relaxed enjoying the air con and movies together with this product and have also purchased another mat for the computer area. We purchased grounding sheets for the whole family and it’s one of the best purchases we’ve even made. It took about 2 weeks to feel the full benefits. The quality of sleep I’ve been getting is amazing. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a king size grounding sheet - it's been about a month. I know it takes about 8 weeks to feel the full effects but so far so good! I haven't told my husband because he poo-poos all of my suggestions but I have been secretly asking him how he's sleeping and it seems he isn't sure why but thinks it has been a bit better recently. I'm calling it a win! I mentally love the idea of feeling like I'm doing something as good as walking barefoot in the park while I'm sleeping.
After a shaky start with my first night using the grounding sheet I took a break until I had a little less going on in my life. Had been moving cities. Then after Christmas I gave the sheet another go and have not looked back. Over the last 2 weeks I have been sleeping better than I have in months (maybe years!)
I was starting to suffer from varicose veins in my legs and by the end of the day my legs would ache so much that I couldn’t stand. I did some research and decided to try the grounding sheet.
After 1 week of sleeping on the grounding sheet, I can honestly say that I can now get through the whole day without my legs aching. Another added benefit is that we wake up feeling so much more rested and energized.

Desperate for a good nights sleep and suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, I bought the grounding sheet. There are many products for grounding sheets available but I found that Premium Grounding sheets had the most stainless steel fibre blended with cotton so I picked this brand. In addition, the service I received from James was incredible. The sheet does work. I felt some tingling on the first night but my sleeping and my husbands has improved considerably. I also do not feel the constant aching joint pain I was used to when lying in bed. I will now order the mat for when I work and also buy sheets for my children. Love the products and the amazing service!
I'm so happy to say that my heel and hip pain are almost gone. I have been using the Earthing and Grounding mat for a month now. I even took it on vacation with me. I think it's time to order the grounding sheets.
I have had fibromyalgia for years and have been able to manage it for a long time. But recently have had other health issues which has made it hard to manage. Lots of extra pain and more trouble sleeping. I thought I would give the grounding mat a go, I figure I spend the money on the mat or doctors bill and more medication.
So glad I did, I have been sleeping 5 hours solid, which is a lot for me, and I don’t wake up stiff and sore.
I didn’t tell my husband about the mat cause I wanted to see if it made a difference with him. He suffers from a bad back sometimes. His back was better in 2 days instead of a week. He won’t take meds for it so it’s a great result.
Week 2 and I think I can tell a difference. My restless legs have certainly improved. My body has a lot of inflammation so not expecting a miracle overnight but I do feel there has been a slight improvement.

We are sleeping so much deeper and my partners mother who struggled getting to sleep and staying asleep is falling asleep within minutes and sleeping uninterrupted through the night. Everyone thinks I’m a bit crazy when I rave about how good our grounding sheet is. Sometimes I even think I sound a bit weird but I absolutely would not go a day without it now - we’ve had it for 6 months. When we first put it on our bed I could tell it was doing something as both my husband and I experienced some pain for the first few weeks. But at the same time, we felt so good when we woke up. We sleep better and feel energetic when waking, full body inflammation has reduced. Less joint pain. Honestly, I take it for granted now but when I go away and don’t use it for several nights, I can feel it kicking back in when I’m in my own bed again. I still have to sleep with a blanket under my fitted sheet (on top of the grounding sheet) as I get a little pain without it. We have measured with an electrical meter though, and this doesn’t dampen its effectiveness. I have purchased one for both my children and they also say they feel better for it. If you are unsure, make the purchase as it is worth it.

I purchased this grounding sheet after wanting one that covered the WHOLE bed and the reviews here were good. After using it for a couple of months so far I still can’t believe that this sheet has given me such good sleep. I keep thinking it’s all in my mind but night after night I sleep well and when I do wake up, I easily get back to sleep. Being perimenopausal had turned me into a very poor and light sleeper and this all changes overnight with the grounding sheet. I need someone to take it away without me knowing because it feels like it shouldn’t be possible for something so simple to make such a dramatic change. I’m so glad I purchased this.

I put a grounding sheet on my son’s bed who has various disabilities and he said he had the best sleep and he didn’t know why! I never told him about the sheet so that was pretty amazing! I myself have fairly good sleep most nights but one thing I have noticed is not waking up tired like I was. I also have a pretty bad back and have noticed less pain in getting out of bed so that is again pretty amazing.
I also have the grounding mat when I watch TV and I always get tingling sensations in my feet. Good energy 🥰

I was sceptical, heard these sheets did good things , well it’s been on my bed my a few weeks now and I must admit I’m sleeping more soundly and not so restless.
I was worried about my granddaughter’s exposure to her devices so gave her this to not only sleep on but to sit on whilst exposed to EMFs Now I feel a little easier. Thank you!!
